OVERVIEW

This website is operated by LeoParadise.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LeoParadise.

LeoParadise operates an online marketplace platform that allows independent third-party sellers (“Sellers” or “Brands”) to offer gymnastics leotards and related products to customers (“Buyers”).

LeoParadise does not sell products itself, does not own the products listed on the platform, and does not act as the seller of record.
Each product is sold directly by the Seller that lists it.

By accessing or using our website and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE MARKETPLACE TERMS

By using LeoParadise, you represent that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or

  • You have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian if required by law.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and not to violate any applicable laws, including intellectual property laws.

A violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

SECTION 2 – ROLE OF LEOPARADISE

LeoParadise acts solely as an intermediary platform.

  • Sellers are responsible for:

    • product descriptions

    • pricing

    • inventory

    • shipping

    • returns and refunds

    • compliance with applicable laws and taxes

  • LeoParadise:

    • facilitates discovery, marketing, and transactions

    • is not a party to the sales contract between Buyer and Seller

    • does not take ownership of products

    • does not physically handle products

Any contract for the sale of a product is concluded directly between the Buyer and the Seller.

SECTION 3 – SELLERS (BRANDS)

By listing products on LeoParadise, Sellers agree that:

  • They are the seller of record

  • They are legally authorized to sell the products listed

  • All information provided is accurate and up to date

  • They are responsible for VAT, taxes, customs, and legal compliance

  • They will fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner

LeoParadise reserves the right to review, approve, suspend, or remove Seller accounts or listings at its discretion.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

LeoParadise may collect a commission and/or fixed transaction fee for facilitating sales.
Commission details are communicated to Sellers separately and may be updated with notice.

LeoParadise is not responsible for payment disputes between Buyers and Sellers but may assist as an intermediary when necessary.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All products are shipped directly by Sellers.

Shipping fees, delivery times, and shipping methods are defined by each Seller and displayed at checkout.

LeoParadise is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, customs charges, or carrier issues.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled according to the individual Seller’s return policy, as displayed on the product page or Seller profile.

LeoParadise does not process refunds directly but may assist in facilitating communication between Buyers and Sellers.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

LeoParadise does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by Sellers.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are the sole responsibility of Sellers.

SECTION 8 – USER CONTENT & REVIEWS

Users may submit reviews, feedback, or other content.

By submitting content, you grant LeoParadise a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and distribute such content for platform purposes.

LeoParadise reserves the right to remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or violates these Terms.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

The Service may include links to third-party websites or tools.

LeoParadise is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

SECTION 10 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate laws or regulations

  • infringe intellectual property rights

  • submit false or misleading information

  • distribute malware or harmful code

  • scrape or misuse platform data

  • attempt to bypass platform fees or systems

Violation may result in termination.

SECTION 11 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

LeoParadise does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the platform.

SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeoParadise shall not be liable for:

  • product defects

  • Seller actions or omissions

  • shipping issues

  • indirect or consequential damages

Liability, where applicable, is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

SECTION 13 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeoParadise from any claim arising from:

  • your use of the Service

  • your violation of these Terms

  • Seller breaches of legal obligations

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION

LeoParadise may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms.

Obligations incurred prior to termination shall survive.

SECTION 15 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.

SECTION 16 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
